Informed by the region’s rolling hills, rich red earth, and the expertise of 20 Dukunde Kawa cooperative members, you’re in for a real treat with this coffee. Expect a sweet cup with a round body and clean finish, made possible by the juiciest cherries and a honey process. This saw the coffee dry pulped, left in its wet parchment for 3 days, and consistently turned during its ‘caramelisation’ phase to achieve a soft and plum-filled profile.
